Carrollton Anti-Abortion Activist Arrested
Neal Horsley was arrested by U.S. Marshals.

According to the Carrollton Police Department, local anti-abortion activist Neal Horsley was arrested by United States Marshalls on Wednesday.
Horsley was arrested for allegedly making death threats against rock legend Elton John, allegations which landed him in Fulton County Jail. According to sources, Horsley was booked and charged for "criminal defamation, making terroristic threats, and using the Internet to disseminate threats."
Horsley not new to controversy Neal Horsley is best known for operating an anti-abortion web site which included a list of physicians who performed abortions, a list often referred to as a "hit list."
This past July, Horsley positioned himself across the street from the local Independence Day Tea Party gathering, while yelling into a microphone in opposition to the party's more civil message.
According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Neal Horsley is a candidate for Georgia Governor this year, but this has not been confirmed.
Horsley remained in the Fulton County Jail this afternoon.
